This is a Text Box. Click anywhere on it, then select Edit->Properties to bring up a window that will let you change the text.

You can display multiple fonts and colors with ease, just select the words you want to change by clicking and dragging your mouse. Then pick the new color or font from the bar at the top of the Text Editor window.
